Driveway Damage Assessment
Ten plain questions about what your driveway is doing. You get one of four results, maintain, repair, replace or urgent, and what to do next.
OKC Driveway Repair Co. uses the same cutoffs in this driveway damage assessment that it uses on site: crack width, how far panels have dropped, how much of the drive has failed, and whether anything could give way suddenly.
Question 1 of 10
What is your driveway made of?
How the assessment decides
Each answer adds points for how much it suggests the slab or its base has failed. A few answers override the score: a hollow under the slab, a change right after a storm, or a public trip edge always return Urgent, and damage across a third or more of the drive always returns at least Likely replacement.
The thresholds follow the same rules used in our guides: cracks under ¼ inch with level sides can be sealed, panels that dropped but stayed whole can be leveled, and once about a third of the drive has failed, replacement usually costs less over ten years. The ¼-inch trip threshold comes from the 2010 ADA Standards (§303.2).
